"This dress is classic in its lines but has a few details that make it modern, edgy and fun to wear. First the lace fabric is very stretchy and will accomodate many figure variations. I ordered my usual small but I think the lace patternwork would show up better in an XS, which is no longer avail. On petites, the contrasting waistband fits right at waist level rather than highwaisted but I prefer it. This dress has wonderful elongated triangular insets in the back of the skirt which gives it a flirtatious swing. I wear it with the PC full silk slip in mocha. My husband really likes this number!"

"This dress is a great purchase. I wore it to an outdoor autumn wedding and it was the perfect blend of class and unique style. My only concern is that it seemed to stretch (in length) toward the end of the evening. Otherwise, I love it!"

"I do a lot of travel and this dress will work perfectly. I can accessorize it for any evening occasion and the price was just right. The fabric is soft, and gives a sleek fit with great contouring in just the right places. I love it. It's another one those " little black dress". Perfect for me. Highly recommended."

"This is the first lace dress I have ever purchased, but it certainly will not be the last one I purchase. Definitally worth the sale price. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the yarn used to create the dress is very soft. The shape of the dress is such that it perfectly skims the body. By wearing a nude slip underneath the lace work is beautifully displayed."

"Such an effortlessly graceful dress! Easy fit, comfort weight, lovely detail and quality of work and materials. Get the black slip -- fits perfectly length-wise. The sale price is more than reasonable. I wish I could get the shrug, too, but it's sold out."

"I bought this dress with the matching cardigan and was not disappointed when I lifted it out of the tissue paper....
Both garments are very lightweight and the dark charcoal shade is a refreshing departure from the usual little-black-dress.....
Intricate lace work finished with precise attention to detail...one of those details which is not shown in the pictures is the adorable thin yarn-like tie that cinches the waist into a delicate bow in the center of the back....very sexy ~ !
I found the dress to run a bit generous, probably because of the loosely knit pattern and will be exchanging it for one size smaller which I will treasure....you may want to consider ordering down a size too if you are borderline between two sizes."
